Taylor began her YouTube career through the recording of an ASMR videos on her mobile. Shortly after hitting 50,000 subscribers approximately 1 1/2 months after uploading her first video, she appeared in a game video made produced by PewDiePie. Taylor's Youtube channel surpassed 100,000 subscribers in 2 weeks. Taylor ceased to produce videos and put them on private. Her main reasons were technical difficulties, brand new equipment malfunctions, and the fact that she became overwhelmed by her fame. After taking a long time off for a month, she began creating new content. She made the popular ASMR ten triggers to aid in sleeping (35 millions views by august 2022). ASMR Twenty Triggers to Go To Sleep the video, which became very popular in July of 2017, is now seen by 38 million viewers as at August 20 in 2012. When she reached 1 million YouTube users, she was included in a Shane Dawson interview in August 2017. Wired UK calculated that she made $1,000 every day on her YouTube channel in February of 2019.

Dennis Helfer along with Elaine Helfer were the parents of Helfer when she was born. The couple is born to German and English descendance. She attended William E. Hay Composite High School in Stettler, Alberta. With her siblings Trena Tammy Tara She resided as a farm worker on the grain farm of their family. Helfer was discovered at age 17 by a scout for a modeling agency as she waited in line for the movie theater.
